Mr. Isiaka Olarongbe Belgore (Ola Belgore)

Mr. Isiaka Olarongbe Belgore, fondly known as Ola Belgore, was born into the respected Belgore family of Ilorin, Kwara State, raised by his parents Retired ACP Eyitayo Saidu Belgore and Alhaja Modupe Belgore. With over 20 years of experience in the Financial Industry starting in 2003, Ola’s rich career spans Stockbroking, Asset Management, Portfolio Advisory, and Business Development. A graduate of Microbiology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, Ola received his MBA in International Business from Lincoln University, California, USA. He began his career at TRW Stockbrokers Limited before joining Meristem Securities Limited in 2006. In 2008, he became the pioneer Head of the Wealth Management Department of Meristem Wealth Management Limited, and was later redeployed to Group Business Development to coordinate five companies within the Meristem Group. As the former Managing Director of Afrinvest Asset Management Limited, Ola managed and created several funds, including dollar, fixed income, and money market funds. He holds numerous professional credentials, including: Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM), Associate Chartered Stockbroker (ACS), Fellow of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers (IAPM), Council Member of the Association of Corporate and Individual Investment Advisers (CIIA), Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), and Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI, UK), among others. He was recognized as "Best in Asset Management (2014)" by Wealth & Finance International.
